Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Condition: Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging
- Proof: Invoice or order ID must be provided for verification
Unboxing Video Required
- A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for reporting damage or defects
- Video must show sealed packaging and clearly highlight any issue
- Returns without video proof will not be accepted for damage claims
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or washed towels
- Items without original packaging or invoice
- Combo offers or discounted bundles (unless damaged)
- Customized orders (embroidery or special requests)
Hygiene and product quality are important to us — hence some items are non-returnable once opened.
Return Process
- Step 1: Email or WhatsApp us with order ID, reason for return, and video if applicable
- Step 2: Our team will review and confirm eligibility
- Step 3: If approved, return instructions will be shared
Refund Process
- Refund will be processed via original payment method or store credit

- We only accept returns for products damaged in transit or packing errors
- Requests without unboxing video will not be accepted
